Our non-profit organization serves as a center for worship, sharing, and spreading the profound message of Shri Sai Parabrahma (Sai Baba of Shirdi). Through your generous support, we aim to enhance the spiritual and material well-being of individuals while invoking the blessings of Sai Baba.
If anyone does any charity, GOD blesses him/her with wealth, happiness & peace in their life. Sai Baba said (in Satcharitra), "If I take one rupee as dakshina from anybody, I will return tenfold to that person".
Your Support Matters:
Our mission thrives with the kind contributions from devotees like you. Your donations play a vital role in supporting various activities at Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission. Whether you wish to contribute to specific endeavors like Flowers, Annadanam (food distribution), Temple/Ashram /Meditation Center Construction, Creating an awareness about the Sai Ashtakshara Moola Maha Mantra and Sai Ashtakshara Maha Yantra across the globe, or simply make a General Donation, your support makes a significant impact.
Donation Terms and Conditions:
1. Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission is a registered charitable organization in the United States of America. Donations made to Shri Sai Parabrahma Missio in the United States of America by the residents of the USA are not tax exempt as per applicable rules.Tax exemption certificate 501 (1) (3) application review is in progress. No tax exemption certificates will be issued for the contributions/donation made by you. Hence, our organization can’t issue tax deductible receipts to donors (in and outside Canada) for Income Tax exemption purposes as of now.
2. Donations once paid to Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission can't be claimed back or refunded. These amounts will be spent on Spiritual/Charitable/other activities like building an Spiritual Center/Ashram to accomplish the mission/goals and objectives of the organization as stated in Shri Sai Parabrahma Missio.com website.
3. By clicking the donation tab/ button you agree that you have read the above terms & conditions, Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission’s mission, objectives & goals and paid donations to Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission to achieve them. Further, you also agree that this donation is made voluntarily, willfully without any influence, compulsion, force, threat, coercion or any other form from any person including Shri Sai Parabrahma Missioni members / volunteers.
4. By clicking the donation tab or button you agree that Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission will not be liable for any unpaid tax, interest, fines, penalties or any other claims against you in relation to the tax deductibility of your donation. You also agree to indemnify us against any claim made against us in relation to the tax deductibility of your donation.
5. We use PayPal service (through a secured gateway) for receiving the donations on our behalf at an agreed commission which will be paid to PayPal for utilizing their services by us.
6. I authorize Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission and PayPal to charge any debit / credit card payments to my debit / credit card(s), and / or I authorize my bank to deduct any checking / savings payment(s) from my checking / savings account, on the payment date(s) indicated above.
7. If payment method was stored, I authorize Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission/PayPal to charge any debit / credit card payments to my debit / credit card(s), and / or I authorize my bank to deduct any checking / savings payment(s) from my checking / savings account, on the payment date(s) indicated above.
Disclaimer:
Tax Deductibility: While donations made to Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission in the United States of America are tax exempt, we regretfully cannot issue tax deductible receipts to donors for income tax exemption purposes in the USA or other countries at this time.
Donation Usage:
All donations are utilized for Spiritual, Charitable, and Organizational activities, including the development of a Spiritual Center/Meditation Center/Ashram in alignment with Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission's goals and objectives.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes concerning donations or other matters fall under the jurisdiction of the respective country.
Non-refundable:
Donations once made to Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission cannot be claimed back or refunded. These contributions are dedicated to fulfilling the mission's objectives.
Acceptance of Donations:
Shri Sai Parabrahma Mission reserves the right to accept or reject any form of donation.
